This Pannier Set can carry anything. But it is ideal for packing bulky things like meat. The Panniers are made of the Bear Cloth (Iron Cloth) material. This incredibly tough fabric does not rot or mildew. We put a 10" W x 12" L leather piece on each bottom corner for reinforcement, which is stitched and riveted onto the Bear Cloth material. The handle loops are doubled and stitched latigo leather. 32" L x 23" W. Comes as a set of two.
