We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Return of merchandise is not permitted without prior approval within 30 days of shipment. Returns for full credit or replacement are accepted for defective or miss-shipped merchandise only. All returns are shipped pre-paid. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all general merchandise. The returned item(s) has/have to be in unused & new condition. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed. In this instance your original form of payment will be refunded.
Orders for all pack saddles and panniers can be cancelled within 48 hours, free of charge. After 48 hours, a 25% cancellation fee applies.
In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified and shipped when available, unless otherwise stated.
LOST & DAMAGED CLAIMS:
Claims for lost shipments or for damages must be recorded immediately. Claims for shortages in any shipment will be honored after 7 days from date of shipment. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
