We thought about making commercials of these liners being thrown off cliffs, but we'd just have to raise the price to pay for the advertising! So, we figured we'd just play it low-key and keep the price affordable. Each OPS Pannier Liner measures 23x16x11 inches wide and fits inside standard soft panniers- 5 pounds each.
